Riad Villa El Arsa

Riad Villa El Arsa is a registered Maison d’hôte (guest house). It is ideally situated in the heart of the Medina, near the buzzing main square of ‘Place Jemaa El F’na’ with its snake charmers, story tellers and medicine men.
Behind the wooden door you will find peace and tranquillity

The Riad provides extremely comfortable accommodation;
-4 double air-conditioned bedrooms (one with an extra bed) with ensuite bathrooms
-well planted central courtyard with a small pool to one side.
-Moroccan salon/ staff office
- Salon with fireplace
Fine views over Marrakech and beyond to the snow capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains can be seen from the spacious roof terrace.

During your stay, you will be looked after by Moroccan staff. Breakfast is included in the price and is served either on the roof terrace or in the courtyard.
Dinner is available by arrangement (by 11am for dinner the same evening). Simo and staff are most willing to cook for you. There will be a charge of 150 dirham per person for dinner. You can suggest a menu or leave it up to them. If you want dinner the night of arrival, please let us know in advance.

Arrangements can be made to meet you at the airport and lead you to Villa El Arsa at a cost of 150 dirham for 2 people. This is advisable as the Riad is a little difficult to find on your first visit.

Prices from 850-1220 dirham are based on 2 people in a room. Tax is included. Price for a triple room available on request. There is a supplement at Christmas, New year and Easter.
El Arsa also makes an ideal venue for house parties /family gatherings or for those who just wish to have exclusivity.

Trekking in the High Atlas Mountains (day trips or overnight stays) can be arranged with experienced and reliable guides who will organise transfer to and from the Riad.
This can be booked in advance or through Simo when you arrive in Marrakech
Trips to the Desert or Atlantic coast can also be arranged through us. Information available on request.

In order to secure a reservation at Riad Villa El Arsa, we would be grateful for full payment for stays of 3 nights or less and a 50% deposit for stays of 4 nights or more.

Villa El Arsa is NOT suitable for small children. We therefore have a policy not to accept children under 14 years of age unless it is a whole Riad booking
