Booking Conditions

PAYMENT methods sent on request
Once you have confirmed your dates, we will require either a 50% deposit or full payment depending on the length of your stay in order to secure your reservation. Please send a contact telephone number at the time of booking.

For stays of 1-3 nights,we require full payment.

For stays 4 nights or more . Payments can be made in 2 instalments;
1) A 50% deposit of the total cost to secure your reservation .
2) The balance to be paid either on arrival in Marrakech OR in England up to one week before departure.

We thank you in advance for your co-operation and understanding. We have only 4 rooms in each house so prompt payment is appreciated to secure your booking.

Payment for Airport Transfers should be paid directly to The staff or Brahim once you have arrived at El Arsa or TahTah.

2)INSURANCE
Travel insurance remains the responsibility of each individual client during their visit. Please make sure you have adequate cover from your insurance policy appropriate to your stay. This should include: loss of money/personal belongings, personal accident and medical expenses. We also recommend cancellation insurance

3) CANCELLATION
A refund can only be given up to 8 weeks before arrival date. Otherwise Payments are non refundable.
