Villa El Arsa…… from our guests…..

Susie,

Now that the dust has settled, the photos reviewed and the debriefs still being done, I write to commend your staff and facilities for one of the most memorable birthdays I can remember – and I have had a lot of birthdays.

Please commend Brahim and his staff for excelling themselves in diligence and attentiveness; the chocolate birthday cake was a lovely surprise, as was the entertainment – I hope our enthusiasm will give her more confidence for future performances.

Also add my thanks to Brahim and the team at El Arsa, they worked hard to make Chris’s birthday something really special. They have always provided us with excellent service and they are a credit to you, our friends we’re very impressed.

staff is completely charming and available. As usual Marrakesh is a 
place of total disorientation and your house brings the peace and the 
comfort: a real moment of happiness.

‘I have been meaning to write since we got back from Morocco, and just wanted to thank you, the team for a lovely stay at Riad villa El Arsa last month We stayed with you for four nights (13th to 16th) before travelling to the coast, then up to Fes, Meknes, back to Marrakech and into the Atlas. Over the two weeks, your riad was far and away our favourite accomodation and we will be recommending you to anyone we know planning a visit to Morocco. So many thanks, and best wishes to all’

 

My partner Craig and I had a fantastic time in Morocco. Riad Al Arsa proved to be over and above our expectations. It was a peaceful haven away from the hustle and bustle of the square and the size of the Riad was perfect. It offered a good combination of being able to mingle with the others guest at breakfast and in the evening, but also feeling quiet and personal. The staffwas the most amazing host and it was clear that it wasn’t because he had to be, but because he is just genuinely a really nice chap! Nothing was too much trouble for him and we often found ourselves returning to the Riad in the evening to chill out with him.

 

Hello Susie,
I am writing you to tell you what a wonderful visit we had in Marrakech the beginning of the month. Much of the great visit was due to the staff and his fabulous hospitality and kindness. He met us and we followed him on his scooter to the parking area (and helped us get out of the city when we left!), spent time talking with us, and made sure we were comfortable and welcome. I am living in Morocco this year teaching in Beni Mellal and will have other friends visiting, so I hope to stay at Villa el Arsa again.
I just wanted you to know that the Villa and your guests are in good hands with the staff. The staff clearly loves taking care of the guests.

 

Dear Susie – What a fabulous week the four of spent in Marrakech,made all the better by returning each day to a glass of cool wine in your lovely Riad. It’s such a peaceful retreat after all the hustle and bustle of the main square, souks and attractions, and we were well looked after by the staff – especially enjoyed the Hammam he introduced us to! I have never been so squeaky clean!! We also enjoyed two lovely evening meals – your staff do you proud. One of things that made your riad especially interesting was the mix of peoples and nationalities – we met some lovely and interesting fellow travellers. So a very big thank you from us all.

A delayed flight and then no working cash machines were an unwelcome start, but after that, as soon as we had our first delicious cup of mint tea on the terrace, all was well. It really was like staying in a real home, and all the staff could not have been more helpful. Possibly a highlight was our dinner in the Villa, truly magical dining under the stars.Please pass on out thanks to the staff and the others.Not sure when we will return, but in the meantime I will wholeheartedly recommend your Riad, it was fantastic.

My wife and myself spent three very nice days in Riad El Arsa in the
latter part of February this year.The location was ideal for us, within walking distance to what we intended to see in Marrakesh in the first place. Returning from the
bustling and hectic outside into the sanctuary of the Riad was a very
nice experience.Finally, the friendly staff. After a rough buss ride through the night in rain from Tarroudant, Sami’s friendly ways saw to it that we arrived safely in the middle of the night at El Arsa. He will be with
us for a long time as a fond memory from Marrakesh and Morocco.Give him our Regards’

‘Stayed 4 nights. House fell down nearby and we were without water and electricity for a bit. This was almost a bleesing in disguise as the riad looks amazing by candlelight. I’m wheat (ble) intolerant and Brahim was good enough to head out into the souks to get me fruit and eggs each morning – what a guy! A huge thanks to all the staff and happy days to all guests.’

We had a wonderful stay at both the Raids el Arsa and the Tah Tah and found peace and comfort aplenty in both.
The staff proved to be of great assistance and superb hosts whilst we stayed in Marrakech.
We returned time and again after forays to the hills or the coastal regions to the West.
In time we will go back to Morocco to complete our intended mountain routes which we were snowed off during our visit this time.
